- First of all, soak moong daal and urad daal overnight.
- Then crush both daals in the mixture jar with some cumin seeds.
- When the batter gets ready make a ball and fry them.
- When all Bhalla or vada get fried, soak them in the water.
- Now take the vada and excess extra water from the vada.
- Serve it with curd, tamarind chutney, papdi, and masala.

The renowned Dahi Bhalla from Delhi can now be enjoyed in Ahmedabad. A Mojila Dahi Bhalla roadside cart has been started in Naranpura by an IT engineer who is originally from Patan city. People are standing in line to enjoy this delectable curd, Bhalla. Vraj Patel starts the lorry at 4 pm and sells more than 80 different curd Bhalla plates from 7-8 pm.
Vraj Patel in a discussion with us said, “From the very start I cared barely at all about IT, however, concentrated on the guidance of my dad. I assumed I needed to accomplish something else. I started working in a political party to realize my dream of becoming a leader but later gave up on that dream. A half year prior to today I came to Ahmedabad. Sold vada pav fourteen days prior in Naranpura but stopped it because of the absence of time. After this, I did some examinations, where I ran over a recipe for Dahi Bhalla on YouTube, which is not available in many spots. I began a Dahi Bhalla lorry in Naranpura”.
